DEFINITION
1. Chief Executive!
Chief Executive has the original power to look over the institution
and may can change the rules after passage of the time with the
consent of management for the welfare and better future of the
students, parents and staff members.
2. Chairman!
The Chairman have power to look over the school system and
informed to the C-E-O for the better future of the school system.
3. Principal!
The principal is the Chief Officer of the school and He/ She have
original power and responsibilities of the whole school boundaries.
4. Vice Principal!
The Vice Principal is the assistance of the principal and performed the
duties under the supervision of principal as per rules.
5. Co-Coordinator!
When the principal or vice principal fail to perform their duties as per
rules the Chief executive may can appoint the Co-Coordinator who used
the power of principal office and managed and handled the overall
school system.
6. Controllers of exams!
Controller of exams is the original officer of exams. He/ She perform
and managed the overall exams.
7. Superintendent of Exams!
The Superintendent of exams id the assistance of the controller. He/She
perform the duties under the supervision of controller.
8. Incharge of School!
When the management are leave the school or dismissed as per rules
the chief executive with the consent of chairman may appoint the
incharge of school and He/She can used the power of principal
holed the school.
POWER AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRINCIPAL
1. The principal is responsible for the whole institute.
2. The principal is responsible for the discipline and study and future of the school.
3. The principal is responsible for the result of the school.
4. The principal is responsible for the clean lines of the school.
5. The principal must not used the silly language with the parents.
6. He/She has the duty to satisfy the parents and students with positively.
7. The principal is duty bound to must hear the complaints on the complaint register and solve tem on merit on the same day.
8. The principal is duty bound to hear the staff complaints and decide them on merit.
9. The principal is bound to not use the silly language with any staff member but if the principal found any complaints. He/ She can issue the warning notes to concern. And if the complaint is the heinous type He/She must informed to the chief executive and then take the legal action as per rule like dismissed or seized the security or pay extra etc. as per rules.
10. The principal must checked the all classes one time in a month.
11. Principal must attend the meeting regarding the monthly test result.
12. Principal has power to accept or reject the leave application or advance salary but on merit.
13. The principal have power if the any staff member fail to submit leave application the staff member same application submit in the next day if the principal found sufficient reason. He/ She may be able to convert the absentees into leave.
14. The principal must give two reports to C-E-O regarding the ability of staff members and man increased the pay of the hand working teacher with the consent of C-E-O.
15. The principal cannot terminate or dismissed to the any staff member until He/She issue the warning not less than three on the same complaint but He/She can terminate or dismissed to the any staff member in the heinous mistake.
16. The principal can give the concession fee to any student but as under:-
Ø Very Poor Family
Ø Orphan Students
Ø Brilliant Students Mark by The Principal
Ø The Student Free Out of Four Students to Belong to One Family
Ø The principal can not give the concession of the monthly fee of the student above 35 thousand per month.
17. The principal accept or select the Job application as per required of the seat and can fixed the salary of the applicant.
18. The principal can checked the account office and give the directions to the accountant as per rules.
19. The principal have power to check the all over examinations systems if He/She found any mistakes, favors, oblige corruption in the exams. He / She must inform the c-e and take the strictly legal action against the guilty person.
20. The principal must decide the applications between the teachers on merit.
21. The principal can give the free medical aid to the any student or any staff member.
22. The principal must take the application advanced or any other kind of application and then decide it written on merit.
23. The principal can restore the surety as per rules surety of any staff member regarding the terms and condition as the surety bound letter after acceptance the Performa issue by the principal.
24. The principal checked the M.O.D duties in the break time.
25. The principal have power to stick off any student if He/She are they violate the discipline and general rules from one to twenty for the students.

28. If the school stationary is required the principal immediately must inform to the C.E.O.

32. The principal is bound to give the monthly salary to the all staff member till the 10th of calendar in every month.
33. The principal have power to conduct the meeting with parents of the students time to time.
34. If the principal give the short leave to any student especially female student must informed to her parents before her arriving.
VICE PRINCIPAL
1. The Voice Principal is assistance of principal and He/She perform the duties under the supervision of the Principal.
2. If the principal is absent the Voice Principal can use the all powers of principal.
3. The Voice Principal is bound to arrange the all meetings especially monthly meeting under the instigation of the principal.
4. The Voice Principal must help the account office regarding the dues recovery what so ever.
5. The Voice Principal is bound to managed the monthly test and submit the report to the principal office.
6. The Voice Principal is bound to man classes and maintain the discipline as per rules.
7. The Voice Principal is responsible to the teacher grouping or any loss of the school.
8. The Voice Principal can check the syllabus and study of the students and give the report to principal office.
9. The Voice Principal has power to manage the M.O.D in the break time with the consent of the principal.
10. The Voice Principal must good behave with the all staff member.
11. The Voice Principal can not enter the class room when the teachers is attending the class but with the permission of the teacher.
12. The Voice Principal always avoid disturb the class but if He/ She attend the class in emergency case.
13. If any staff member found guilty as per rules the vice principal can file the compliant in principal office.
14. The Voice Principal make the time table with consent of the principal is the vice principal can not change the period of the teacher until He/She give the report to the principal office and principal give the permission.
15. The Voice Principal is responsible for cleanliness of the school.
16. The Voice Principal is bound to good behave with the parents.
17. The Voice Principal should give the report to the principal to monthly stuck off the students.
THE TEACHERS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Teacher must arrive at the school before five minutes of the school timing.
2. The Teacher must perform the duties as per rules.
3. The Teacher can not make the friendly attitude with the students especially girls section.
4. The Teacher must complete the study as per syllabus issue by the principal office.
5. The Teacher can not beat the students very harshly or cruelly.
6. The Teacher must control the absentees of their classes.
7. The Teacher must maintain the discipline in their class rooms.
8. If the Teacher found any complaint regarding the clearness of the school immediately file the complaint in written in principal office.
9. The Teacher cannot call the students his/her home but in permission of the principal.
10. The teacher cannot misguide the students or make their mind against the school or management.
11. The teacher can must submit the application to the principal office leave, short leave or advance salary etc.
12. The teacher is perform the duty in assembly-break-at the school closing time.
13. If any teacher want to leave the school for his/her sufficient reason submit the application before one month, if the principal arranged during this period another teacher can accept his/her resign and after clearance of account and restore the security of the teacher.
14. All the teachers can sit in their staff room in the break time.
15. The school will provide any medical treatment for the staff members.
16. In case of leave the principal have not right to detect the monthly salary.
17. Those teachers marked absentees continuously five days without information to the principal or vice principal can be dismissed by the authority.

20. If any teacher misbehaved by the management He/She can move the written complain to C-E and the C-E –O is bound to decide the matter on merit as per guide by Quran and Sunnah.

22. If any teacher wants to discuss the matter regarding student with the parents of the students He/She submitted the written application to the principal office. The principal bound to arrange the meeting with the teacher with in one week.

24. If any staff member found any mistake or negligence immediately remind to the principal and if cannot solve then informed to C-E
25. The teachers always used the white board during their lecture and be attentive the students during their lecture.
26. The teachers always teach the students as per board policy.
27. The teachers can take the test from the students after one week. If required He/She take the permission of the principal.
28. The teachers are bound after complete their attendance register every end of month must checked by the principal.
29. Those students send by teachers in the principal office the teachers checked the language or behavior.
30. The teacher must check the diary and home work of the student till eight class diary.
31. Smoking and music is not allowed in the school boundary.
32. The teacher is must bound cannot go out of the school in the school timing without the permission of the principal.
33. The teachers are not allowed to send the student out of the school but with the consent of the principal.
34. The teachers are bound to check the uniform etc in their class.
